Whenever I workout I have to be extra careful about inflaming my lower back because I’ve had surgery on my spine. I have found the perfect, drug and chemical free solution! (Pfffft! I sound just like ad copy LOL!!!) Contrary to the name of the tea, it doesn’t *make* you limber…that’s all up to you. What it does is reduce the inflammation of tissue.
I throw a couple of tea bags in my thermal mug, add *hot* water, not boiling though because it’s a green tea, let it steep a few minutes and then pop it in the fridge so it’s super cold to drink when I’m done. You can also drink it hot 🙂
