a lot Happier now

shocked by truth

People have wondered if my penchant for calling out bullies, narcs and sociopaths has turned my heart black and made me bitter.

Ha!

I am here to tell you that finally opening my mouth (and my laptop) and actually telling my story has freed me. Just being able to write about what has happened and to talk with people about why people do stuff like this and how to avoid them has been worth more to me than what 10 years of professional therapy would have cost.

You should try it.

My one rule was never to write with the intention of telling lies or purposefully trying to hurt someone. I have simply responded to and tried to understand a few of the malignant personalities and their disorders by doing research and offering advice and assistance to people that are going through the same thing as me.

I am here to tell you that by sharing my experiences and talking about what happened, rather than sweeping it under the rug, has made me a lot happier than I have ever been. My life is better tenfold than it was when I ignored the circumstances and kept quiet and my writing and sharing is steeped in truth and logic.

Start telling your story.

Do it today.

It’s true, you’ve never written an entry with the purpose of ripping someone a new one. You’ve always done your research and presented the facts. And any regular reader knows that and is all the wiser for it. You’ve helped many people recognize the traits of sociopaths and bullies, and have given them tools to handle those kinds of people. I would have to assume that those people are a lot Happier too. And that’s a good thing.
