Sharing some light with you today

love letter

This isn’t something I wrote, but I want to share this article I found online so you can go through the list to see how many you can say “yes” to. I got 9 out of 10 and that’s not too shabby! How many did you get?

10 Signs You’re Living a Happy Life (even if you don’t feel like it)

The only one I still struggle with is having regrets. I regret that I allowed the toxic people that were in my life to take up so much of my valuable time. So today I spend extra time cherishing the good people that have been in my life for a very long time.

I finally realized that people aren’t work or problems or drama.

    These are terrific guideposts!

I especially like this one, because I feel like this principle whacked me over the head just in the last couple of years…and I’m still trying to master it: “If you realize what changes you can make and take active steps toward creating those changes, you have discovered one of the best ways to feel true happiness: by taking responsibility for establishing positive change in your life.” BOOM. ❤

    • That’s a good one! You’d be shocked how many folks think they have no say in how their life is lived. They go day to day and never once imagine they could make positive and life affirming changes, sometimes by simply saying “No”.

I think it's so nice to see your thoughts! Please share!
